Employees of The Aesthetics Draw and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Prize Competitions

Our competitions are skill-based prize competitions and not lotteries or games of chance.

Each competition may require participants to answer a skill-based question correctly to qualify for entry.

Alternatively, a free postal entry route is available for all competitions. Instructions will be provided on each competition page.

3. How to Enter

To enter, visit the Website, select an active competition, and purchase one or more entries.

Entrants must provide accurate contact information including full name, email address, and delivery address.

Incorrect answers to the qualifying question will disqualify entries.

All free entries are treated equally and must be received before the competition closing date.

4. Competition Rules

• Each competition has a fixed closing date and time, which will be clearly displayed.
• A live draw will take place after the competition closes using a random number generator or similar fair method.
• The winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry.
• We will do everything we can to contact the winner but if the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

5. Prizes

• Prizes are as described in each competition listing.
• No cash alternative is available unless stated.
• Prizes will only be released once the winner has provided valid proof of qualifications or certification to use or administer the products included in the prize.
• If the winner fails to provide suitable evidence within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
• Prizes will be shipped to the UK address provided by the verified winner, free of charge.
• We are not responsible for any damage or loss during transit.

6. Refund Policy

All entry purchases are final and non-refundable.

If a competition is cancelled, we will offer full refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website including the logo, branding, design, and media is the exclusive property of The Aesthetics Draw.
